Le Mireille est une fonte serif, dont le dessin résulte d’une libre interprétation du caractère « Bruxelle » utilisé sur les machines à écrire R.C. Allen Visomatic de 1964. Il accentue les altérations liés à la force de frappe et l’aspect métallique du caractère en cassant les rondeurs des panses et en renforçant les pièges à encre présents sur le caractère plomb.
